At Peapod Learning Center, we believe childhood is best nurtured in harmony with nature. Our curriculum is rooted in hands-on, outdoor experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning.
We believe children thrive through meaningful play, not screens. Every day is filled with opportunities to climb, create, explore, and imagine — giving children the space to develop naturally, with the world as their classroom.
Through a balance of structured exploration and child-led discovery, your child will build confidence, independence, and meaningful connections to the world around them.
The Seeds Classroom provides a warm, nurturing environment where babies can safely explore and experience the world around them through their senses. We focus on building strong relationships and supporting each child’s individual development through responsive caregiving, sensory activities, music, movement, and outdoor experiences. Infants are introduced to nature through fresh air, natural materials, and opportunities to observe plants, animals, and seasonal changes. Our classroom encourages curiosity, trust, and early discovery while supporting physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth in a calm and loving environment. .
Families receive daily updates on naps, meals, and development, ensuring strong communication and care.
The Sprouts Classroom creates a magical place for our two-year-old's! Our classroom focuses on child-led learning, allowing toddlers to discover, play, and grow through experiences that promote confidence, teamwork, and a love for nature. The natural environment supports creativity, independence, and problem-solving while helping children build a strong connection to the world around them. Through activities such as nature walks, sensory play, gardening, and observing the changing seasons, children develop important social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills in a meaningful way.
The Saplings Classroom encourages children to learn through exploration, discovery, and meaningful connections with the natural world. We provide a play-based environment where children build early academic, social, and emotional skills through hands-on experiences both indoors and outdoors. Activities such as nature investigations, outdoor art, gardening, storytelling, and cooperative play help foster creativity, critical thinking, and independence. By spending time in nature each day, preschoolers develop confidence, problem-solving skills, and an appreciation for the environment while learning to work together, take risks, and explore the world around them in a safe and nurturing setting.
“When we first started attending after previously dealing with an awful daycare, the staff demonstrated how childcare is supposed to work. A true focus on the well-being of the children, a prioritization of their education, good healthy food and an actual plan to jumpstart the kid’s learning to get them ready for school. Thanks again guys, you did a great job.”

We are so grateful for Peapod & all the wonderful teachers and staff! Our son absolutely loves going to school and is thriving in the Seeds class. He has learned sign language, new songs & dances, his vocabulary is expanding, and he is building true friendships with his classmates. Thank you to the amazing teachers in the Seeds room for providing a safe, educational, and fun environment for us to feel good about bringing our son to every day!
“My daughter went to Peapod from ages 1-3 and we absolutely loved our experience with them. The staff are all very friendly and genuinely seem to care about the kids they care for. They give regular developmental updates and ask if there’s anything I want them to work on with my daughter. My daughter loves coming to Peapod and gets excited about it!”
